Due to our growth and restructuring, Bay Capital Mortgage Corporation is seeking qualified applicants for the role of Mortgage Operations Manager for our corporate office in Annapolis, Maryland. Duties include managing the daily activities and workflow of Processors, Underwriters, Closers, and Post Closers. The position is responsible for maintaining an efficient workflow which ensures all processes and procedures are compliant, efficient as possible, and provide superb customer service. The Manager is also responsible for the integration of Secondary Marketing policies and procedures.

Required Experience:
• 3+ years of office management experience in a mortgage environment.
• Extensive knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines, credit titles, appraisals, insurances and mortgage workflows.
• Ability to produce accurate work in a pressured, fast-paced, deadline driven environment with many interruptions.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills while communicating to all levels of staff and members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to train, manage, coach and mentor staff.
